Each contract includes purchasing information for one or more resources. The contract identifies the prices, terms and conditions for the purchases of those resources during the effective period of the contract. Contracts may be created from scratch, or you may create a contract when awarding a bid-sheet RFQ to a supplier. When creating a contract from an RFQ, the contract is created during the awarding process. You may then edit the contract’s properties, if necessary. The topics in this section explain how to create and work with contracts.
