Manually Expiring a Contract

If a contract has ended before its set expiry date, you can manually set the status to “expired”. Setting a contract to the expired status prevents new purchase orders from being issued against the contract.
When the contract is expired, the system will re-evaluate the primary supplier setting for all of the contract’s resources.

To Manually Expire a Contract

From the Tools menu, select Expire. The Expire Contract confirmation dialog appears.

To set the contract’s status to “expired” click Expire. To leave the contract open, click Cancel.
