Concepts Tasks Settings Manually Expiring a Contract If a contract has ended before its set expiry date, you can manually set the status to “expired”. Setting a contract to the expired status prevents new purchase orders from being issued against the contract. When the contract is expired, the system will re-evaluate the primary supplier setting for all of the contract’s resources. To Manually Expire a Contract 1. Open the contract that you want to expire. 2. From the Tools menu, select Expire. The Expire Contract confirmation dialog appears. 3. To set the contract’s status to “expired” click Expire. To leave the contract open, click Cancel.
