Viewing a Trade's Scheduled Tasks

You can look at the tasks that have been scheduled for a trade.

To View a Trade's Scheduled Tasks

1.	Open the schedule.

2.	Make sure that editing is enabled.

3.	Beside Requirements click Show to display the requirements table.

4.	Select the Worksheet view, Assignments tab, and then the Tasks tab. The Trade Availability summary graph displays all of trades available to the schedule and their availability levels. The second table lists the trades that have scheduled tasks, for the selected task in the first table.

5.	In the requirements table, double-click any requirement, to edit it. The Schedule Entry Requirement dialog appears.

6.	You can edit the scheduled time, assign an employee, or edit the lag time for the requirement. When you are finished, click OK.
