Removing a Task from an Availability Schedule

You can remove a task from an availability schedule at any time, as long as the schedule is not locked. If the task is not on any other schedule, APM returns it to the work backlog. If the task is also on another schedule, it remains on that schedule.

Select the Worksheet view, Entries tab. By default, this tab displays a list of all scheduled tasks by work order and task.

Right-click the task that you want to remove, and select Delete. APM deletes the entry for the task on the schedule. If this was the only schedule the task was on and if the task is still open, the task now appears in the work backlog. If the schedule is locked, the Delete function is not available.
