Opening an Availability Schedule

There are three main ways to find and open an availability schedule:
Note: The My Desk view only displays the tabs described below, if you are set up as a scheduler on the Properties view, Roles tab, Scheduling tab of the employee record.

From the My Desk View

Select the site's My Desk view, Scheduler tab. This tab contains information about your schedules and your schedule templates.

Select the Schedules tab. By default, this tab lists your open schedules.
Tip: You can filter and sort the list of schedules, to quickly find a schedule.

From the Work Management View

Select the site's Schedules view. This view contains information about all of the schedules and schedule templates available on the site.

The Schedules tab displays all of the open schedules on the site, by default.
The Schedules by Week tab displays a list of schedules by work week.
Tip: You can filter and sort the list of schedules, to quickly find a schedule.

From Another Schedule

In the open schedule, select the Worksheet view, Schedules tab, and then the Hierarchy tab. This tab displays the schedules related to the current schedule, in a hierarchy format.
