Changing the Time Planned for a Tradesperson

When you add a work order task to an availability schedule, APM copies the trade requirements that were planned for the task. This includes which tradespeople are planned for the task, the amount of time planned for each tradesperson, and any employee assignments.
You can change these requirements on the task entry for the schedule. For example, if the amount of time planned for a tradesperson is too low or too high, you can change it.
You might also want to change the amount of time entered for a tradesperson if you are only scheduling part of the task now and will schedule the rest of the task on one or more schedules.
Note: If you change the trade requirements on the schedule, APM does not copy the change back to the work order task. Similarly, if you change the trade requirements on a work order task after you have added it to a schedule, APM does not copy the changes to the schedule.
