Concepts Tasks Settings Reopening a Work Request You can reopen a closed or canceled work request, as long as the work request was not created at a different site and then transferred to the current site with its asset. To Reopen a Work Request 1. On the Site window, select the Work Management view, Work Requests tab. 2. Select either Canceled work requests or Closed work requests from the configuration list. 3. Right-click the request that you want to reopen and click Reopen. A confirmation message appears. 4. Click Yes. The work request’s status returns to the status it had before being closed or canceled.
