Opening a Work Order

You can use the following methods to find and open a work order:

•	From the site

•	From an asset

To quickly find the work order that you need, you can filter and sort the list of work orders. For more information on filtering and sorting tables, see Table Configurations.

To Open a Work Order From the Site

1.	From the Site window, select the Work Management view, Work Orders tab, then the Work Orders tab. The Open work orders configuration lists open work orders, their assets, work types and so on.

2.	Double-click a work order in the list to open it. The Work Order window appears.

To Open a Work Order From an Asset

1.	Select the asset’s Work Management view. Select the Tasks tab. The tabs on this view show lists of work order activity.

2.	Find the work order in the list and double-click it. The Work Order Task window appears.

3.	From the Work Order Task window, click on the tool bar. The Work Order window appears.
