Viewing Suppliers

You can view lists of the supplier records that exist in the system. From the Suppliers view, you can view the lists sorted by supplier status or purchasing type. You can also view the lists of resources supplied by each supplier and lists of open purchase orders for each supplier.

To View Supplier Listings

1.
From the Site window, select the Purchasing view and then the Suppliers tab.

Select the site’s Suppliers tab. By default this tab lists the suppliers for the site.

You can view the list of suppliers from this site only, or from this site and above, or from this site and below. To change the list that you are viewing, change the option in the box in the bottom-left corner of the window.

Select the Resources by Supplier tab. The table on the left lists suppliers. The table on the right lists the supplier resources for the selected supplier.
5.
Select the Supplier Resources tab. This table lists all of the supplier resources for all suppliers.
6.
Select the Manufacturers tab. This tab lists the manufacturers that supply resources.
