Viewing Reliability Program Work History

You can view the history of the work that has been created from your asset reliability program at any time. Work history tells you what work orders have been created, the status of each work order, and the requested start and completion dates.
You can also open any work order to learn what standard job it is based on and what triggering rule created the work order.

To View Reliability Program Work History

Select the Reliability Program view, then the Program tab, and then the Jobs tab.

Select the Work Management view. The Work Orders tab lists work orders created from the standard job, their current status, the planned start and completion dates, and the actual completion date. Scroll through this dialog to review the work history for that standard job.

Select the Source tab. You can review the originating standard job, the triggering rule that created this work order, and the reason the work order was triggered. For example:
