Viewing Information For Maintenance Groups

You can view information about work assignments, time reporting, assets, and employees for a maintenance group.

To View Maintenance Group Information

On the Site window, select the Personnel view and then the Maintenance Groups tab.

Select the maintenance group on either the Hierarchy or Listing tab and then double-click to open the maintenance group that you want to edit. The Maintenance Group window appears.

Select the Work Management view, and then the Work Orders tab. On this tab you can review:

On the Requests tab, you can review the list of work requests assigned to the group.

On the Transactions tab, you can review Transactions entered by the group.

On the Reliability Program view, you can review the upcoming work for the group.
