Viewing a Work Order Task’s Holds

This section explains how to view the holds for a work order task. You can view both active and released holds.

To View Holds for a Work Order Task

1.
From the Site window, select the Work Management view and then the Work Orders tab.

On the Tasks tab, find the work order task for which you want to view holds.

Right-click the task and select Holds and then View. The Holds dialog appears.

By default, the Active holds configuration is shown. This shows all holds that are currently in effect for the task.

To view both active and released holds, select All holds from the configuration list.
