Viewing a Supplier’s Consignment Inventory

You can view a list of resources that a supplier provides on consignment.

To View a Supplier’s Consignment Inventory

1.	From the Site window, select the Purchasing view and then the Suppliers tab.

2.	On the Suppliers tab, double-click the supplier whose consignment inventory you want to view. The Supplier window appears.

3.	Select the Resources view. This view lists all of the supplier resources for the supplier.

Select the Consigned Inventory tab. This tab lists all of the supplier’s resources that are included in the consignment inventory group for that supplier. Note that if the supplier’s consignment inventory is contained in multiple warehouses, resources stocked in all of the warehouses are included in this list.

5.	Scroll across the list to view the current balances for each supplier resource.
