Viewing Attachments

You can view any of the attachments that have been added to an object.

To View Attachments

1.	Open the object for which you want to view attachments. If there are attachments for the object, a paper clip icon is displayed in the banner.

2.	Open the Attachments dialog in one of these ways:

Click .

•	On the Tools menu, click Attachments and then View.

The Attachments dialog appears. For example:

3.	Do one of the following to view the attachment:

•	If the attachment is a note, select it in the Attachments list. The text of the note appears in the Note area of the dialog.

•	If the attachment is a file, folder, URL, or another object, right-click it in the Attachments list and select Open. The attachment opens.

4.	When you are finished viewing attachments, click Close.
