Viewing a Supplier’s Audit History

APM records changes made to suppliers and includes the user responsible for the change, the date of the change, and the before and after values of the property that was changed.
This topic describes how to view an supplier’s audit history.

To View the Audit History for a Supplier

Select the site’s Purchasing view, Suppliers tab, and then the Suppliers tab.

Select the History view, then the By Event tab. and select a site event in the top table. Audit details for that event appear in the table at the bottom.

Select the By Data Element tab to view audit details for each data element that was altered.
