Viewing Work Order Task Audit History

APM provides detailed auditing for changes made to work order tasks, their requirements, indicators, component activities, and status changes. Such changes can include when a work order task has been approved, recalled, work started, and closed, and more. For each change made to a work order task, the user responsible for the change, the date and time of the change, as well as the previous and current values, are recorded.
This topic explains how to view work order task audit history.

To View Work Order Task Audit History

From the History view, select the Task Audit tab.

Select the By Event tab. This tab shows all history for all audited work order task activities including the date and time of the action, the user responsible for the action.

Select the By Data Element tab to view audit details including the old and new values, action performed for data elements.

Select the General tab to view creation and last update information.

Select the Requirements Audit tab to view audit details about the work order task’s requirements.

Select the Indicators Audit tab to view audit details about indicators for this work order task.

Select the Component Activities Audit tab to view details about the component activities on the work order task.
