Concepts Tasks Settings Viewing Revision History of Projects If projects require approval in your organization, you must first redraft an approved project before you can make changes to it. The action of redrafting creates a revision history record which you can view and analyze. To View the Revision History of a Project 1. In the Project window, select the Revisions view. For example: By default, the revisions are sorted with the most recent revision at the top of the list. 2. To view more information about a revision, select and open it from the Project Revisions table.
