Viewing Asset Prioritization Information

The asset’s consequence priority number appears in several places in APM, including the Asset window, Properties view, General tab. You can also review and compare asset priorities in the following locations:

•	Asset Analysis window, Summary view. View summaries and graphical representations of information for the analysis assets.

•	Site window, Strategy Development view, Prioritization tab. If a sidebar dashboard set has been assigned to your employee record, you can view summary charts for the site’s assets, as well as a table of prioritization analyses.

•	Asset window, Strategy Development view, Prioritization tab. View a table of prioritization analyses that include the asset, as well as summary charts of information.

This topic explains the information available in an analysis, the asset window, and the site.

To View Summaries for a Prioritization Analysis

Open the asset prioritization analysis and select the Summary view. The charts in this view compare the assets’ relative risk scores, total consequence scores, asset counts by failure probability, and asset counts by consequence priority.

The Assets tab lists the analysis assets. You can click the View as Chart icon to compare the assets in a graphical way. You can select from several configurations. For example:

Note: The panel of charts on the left is provided by the Asset prioritization sidebar dashboard. To view this sidebar, ensure that “APM standard sidebars” is the site sidebars set selected in your employee record.

To View an Asset’s Prioritization Results

Open the asset and select the Strategy Development view and the Prioritization tab. The table lists the analyses for the current asset only, the asset and below, or the asset and above.

To View Prioritization Summaries for the Site

From the Site window, select the Strategy Development view and Prioritization tab. The Analyses table configuration lists the analyses for the current site only, the current site and below, or the current site and above. For example:

The table configurations available include Prioritization assets, Asset criteria scores, Assets by consequence priority, and Consequence priority summary.

Tip: The summary charts show assets according to prioritization, priority, and probability of failure. These charts are part of the Strategy development sidebar dashboard. To view this sidebar, ensure that “APM standard sidebars” is the site sidebars set selected in your employee record.
