Viewing Audit History for a Standard Job

By default, APM creates an audit trail for activities applied to standard jobs including tasks on the job, task dependencies, triggering rules, cycles, and suspensions for the job.
Audit details include the old and new value, the user responsible for the change, and the date and time of the change.

This topic explains how to view audit history details for a standard job.

To View Audit History for a Standard Job

1.
Open the standard job and select the History view.
2.
Select the Job tab to view historical changes made to this standard job, by selecting the By Event, By Data Element, and General tabs.

Select the Tasks tab to view historical changes made to tasks on this standard job, by selecting the By Event, By Data Element, and General tabs.
4.
Select the Tasks Dependencies tab to view historical changes made to task dependencies on this standard job, by selecting the By Event, By Data Element, and General tabs.
5.
Select the Triggering Rules tab view historical changes made to triggering rules on this standard job, on the By Event, By Data Element, and General tabs.
6.
Select the Triggering Cycles tab view historical changes made to triggering cycles on this standard job, on the By Event, By Data
7.
Select the Triggering Suspensions tab view historical changes made to triggering suspensions on this standard job, on the By Event, By Data Element, and General tabs.Element, and General tabs.
8.
When you are finished, close the Standard Job window.
