Viewing Audit History for a Standard Task

By default, APM creates an audit trail for activities applied to standard tasks including requirements, indicators, route assets, procedures and holds.
Audit details include the old and new value, the user responsible for the change, and the date and time of the change.
Tip: You can also view audit information for all standard tasks at the site level. In the Site window, select the Reliability Program view, Program tab, and Task History tab.

Select the Task tab to view historical changes made to this standard task, on the By Event, By Data Element, and General tabs.
