Viewing Asset Activity Report Audit History

You can view audit history for an asset activity report, its sections, team members and its approvals.

This topic explains how to view audit history for an asset activity report and its components.

To View Audit History for an Asset Activity Report

1.	Open the asset activity report.

2.	Select the History view.

3.	Select the Report tab and then the By Event, By Data Element, or General tab, to view audit history for the asset activity report.

4.	Select the Sections tab and then the By Event, By Data Element, or General tab, to view audit history for the asset activity report sections.

5.	Select the Team Members tab and then the By Event, By Data Element, or General tab, to view audit history for the asset activity report team members.

6.	If the asset activity report requires approval, select the Approvals tab and then the Current Request tab, to view the status of the current approval request, or select the Approvals tab and then the History tab to view historical approval requests and their approvers.

7.	When you are finished, close the asset activity report window.
