Changing Serialized Unit Statuses

You can change the status of a serialized resource unit.

To Change a Serialized Resource Unit's Status

1.	In the Site window, select the Resource Management view and then the Inventory tab.

2.	Select the Warehouse tab and then select the warehouse in which the resource is stocked, in the table on the left side. The list of stocked resources is shown in the table on the right.

3.	Right-click the resource for which you want to change the status, and select Adjust Item. The Inventory Adjustment dialog appears.

4.	Identify the resource and warehouse. When you enter the part number for a serialized resource, the Change a Unit’s Status option is available. For example:

5.	In the Adjustment type section, select Change a unit’s status.

6.	Complete the adjustment by entering the following:

Setting Name

Description

Unit:

Select the unit for which you want to change the status from the list of units.

Status to

Select the new status from the list of statuses.

Adjusted by

The name of the employee who created the adjustment

Adjusted on

The date of the adjustment

Reason for the adjustment

The reason for the adjustment.

7.	Click OK to save your changes.
