Viewing Rental Equipment Costs

You can view the costs for a work order’s transactions, including the costs for rental equipment.

To View Rental Equipment Costs

1.	Open the work order.

2.	Select the Costs view. You can view costs in a variety of ways.

3.	Select the tab that displays the work order costs the way you want to see them:

•	Costs tab: This tab displays a cost summary of planned versus actual costs for total costs, labor, services, direct purchases, stores materials, and tools. Detailed costs by costs type are also displayed in the table.

•	Transactions tab: This tab lists the transactions for the work order, including rental receipts and usage transactions. The costs are displayed in the Unit Cost and Value columns.

•	Task Costs tab: This tab lists detailed costs for each task on the work order.

4.	When you are finished, save and close the Work Order window.
