Changing the Order of Resources on an RFQ

You can change the order in which resources are listed on an RFQ. You can sequence RFQ resources by the resource ID, resource description, or manually.

To Change the Order of RFQ Resources

1.	Open the RFQ document.

2.	Make sure that editing is enabled.

3.	On the Properties view, select the Resources tab.

4.	To sequence the resources by resource ID or description, from the Tools menu select Sequence Lines By and then either Description or Resource ID.

A confirmation message appears. Click Yes to resequence the resources.

5.	To change the order of the resources manually, select the line and click either Move Up or Move Down.

The line number of the resource is either increased or decreased, and the resource moves up or down in the list.

6.	When you are finished, save the RFQ.
