Viewing Repair Information for Serialized Resources

You can view information about a serialized unit’s repairs.

To View a Unit’s Repair Information

1.
From the site’s Resource Management view, select the Serialized Units tab.
2.
From the configuration list, select Being repaired. The table shows the serialized material resources with a status of “Repair On Site” and “Repair Off Site.”
3.
Double-click any unit to open it. The Serialized Unit dialog appears.
4.
Select the Transactions tab to view the transactions for the unit.
5.
Select the Purchasing Info tab to view the purchase and repair purchase orders for the unit.
6.
Select the Repair Requests tab to view work orders that were created for internal and external repairs of the unit.
7.
To view more information, double-click on any line to open it.
8.
To close the dialog, click Close.
