Verifying Serialized Unit Info When Closing a Work Order Task

APM processes component swaps when you close the work order task. You can check that the unit information for the swap is correct before you close the work order task using the Review Activity and Close option.

To Close a Repair Task

1.	Select the site’s Work Management view, Work Orders tab

2.	On the Tasks tab, right-click the work order task that you want to close, select Review Activity and Close. The Review Activity and Close Task dialog appears.

3.	Review the information on each tab, and make any required changes.

4.	When you are finished, click OK. The system processes the report as well as any unprocessed activity reports, and posts all associated transactions. The work order task now has the status “Closed”.
