Redrafting an RFQ

After you send an RFQ to suppliers, the list of resources on the RFQ is locked. As well, you cannot change the title, classification, RFQ dates, buyer, site, or bid instructions. If you wish to make changes to these items, you must redraft the RFQ, which unlocks it for editing.
If you are redrafting an RFQ after supplier bids have been entered, the system saves the existing bids. If you are redrafting the RFQ to add resources, you can also add the new resources to the supplier bid sheets.
When you are finished editing the RFQ, you can re-send the RFQ to the suppliers. If you do not wish to re-send the RFQ, you can mark it as “Waiting for Bids”.
