Viewing Recently Opened Objects

APM keeps a list of the objects that you have opened recently according to object type. You can access these lists from the APM icons in your desktop window’s Taskbar.

To Open a Recently Used Object

1.	Right-click the icon for the APM object in your desktop window’s Taskbar. For example:

2.	Select the object that you want to open from the list. The object opens in APM.
