Working With a Project’s Links to Maintenance Action Plans

When viewing a project, you can do the following:
Only action plans that meet all of the following criteria can be linked to a project:

To Add and Remove Links Between a Project and Action Plan

In the Project window, select the Properties view, Action Plans tab. This tab lists the maintenance action plans that have been linked to the project.

Click Browse. The Failure Mode Selector dialog appears, listing action plans that recommend modification or redesign and have the status Review Complete.
Select one or more action plans and click OK. The action plans are added to the Action Plans list.

To remove a link to a maintenance action plan, select the action plan and press Delete. In the confirmation dialog, click Yes. The link is removed from the project and the action plan.
