Setting up Shipping Modes

You can enter the methods of shipping that you have arranged with your suppliers. You can select the appropriate method for each purchase order.

To Set up Shipping Modes

1.	From the Site window, select the Administration menu and then Purchasing Management Settings. The Purchasing Management Settings dialog appears.

Tip: You can also access purchase management settings from the Site window by selecting the Purchasing view, Settings tab, and the Purchase Order Management Settings node in the tree.

2.	Select the Shipping Modes tab. This tab shows a list of shipping modes.

3.	Click New. The Shipping Mode dialog appears.

4.	Enter a description of the shipping mode. Click OK to close the dialog.

5.	Repeat steps 3 and 4 to enter all of your shipping modes.
