Setting up RFQ Classifications

RFQ classifications provide the ability to group requests for quotation (RFQs) into categories defined by your organization. You can use RFQ classifications for sorting and filtering RFQs in lists.

To Create RFQ Classifications

From the Site window, select the Purchasing view, the Settings tab, and then the RFQs tab. Select the RFQ Management Settings node in the tree.

Click Edit to modify the site settings. The Edit button is replaced by the Save button.

Select the Classifications tab.

To create a classification, click New. The RFQ Classification dialog appears.

Click OK. The new classification is added to the list.
