Redrafting a Work Order Task

This section explains how to redraft an individual work order task.
The current status of the work order determines whether you can edit it. For example, if a work order is “Planned”, the system assumes that it is complete and you cannot edit the planning information. To edit planning information for a work order or task with a status of “Sent for Approval”, “Rejected”, “Planned”, “Scheduled”, “Work Started”, or “Completed”, you must redraft it. Redrafting a work order also redrafts all of the work order’s tasks. You do not have to redraft a work order to change the work order group or master work order. To edit a work order with a status of “Closed” or “Canceled”, you must reopen it. See Reopening a Work Order.
