Grouping Work Orders
To Group Work Orders By Category

2. Select the Work Order Groups tab. By default, this tab lists all open work order groups.
3. To add a work order group, click New. On the Work Order Group dialog, enter the group name and a description, and then click OK.
4. To create a work order for a group, double-click the work order group name to open it. On the Work Order Group dialog, select the Work Orders tab, and then click New.
5. To add existing work orders to the group, double-click the work order group name to open it. On the Work Order Group dialog, select the Work Orders tab and then click Browse. The Browse Work Orders dialog appears.Click OK. The work orders are now linked to that group.
6. To assign a work order to a group, open the Work Order window and select the Properties view, General tab.To Group Work Orders by Master Work Order

2. Select the Work Orders tab. A list of all open work orders for the site appears.
5. In the Grouping information area, click the browse icon to select the master work order.
