Changing the Order of Indicators to Read on a Work Order Task

When you select indicators to read for a work order task, APM lists them in the order they were selected. However, this is likely not the same order in which the readings will be taken. You can quickly change the order of the indicators in the list.

On the Planning view, select the Inspection tab. This tab shows the current list of indicators to be read for the task.

Select one or more indicators in the list. Click Move Up or Move Down to move the indicators.
Apply a sort to a column other than “Sequence”, for example, “Asset” or “Mandatory”. The Order as Sorted button becomes available. Click it if you wish to update the indicators’ sequence numbers. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes. The sequence numbers now reflect the indicators’ positions in the table.
