Viewing Mass Update Requests

There are two ways to view a configuration-based mass update request:

•

You can view a list of the mass update requests that have been made for all sites in the enterprise. For each request, you can view general information, the data members that were selected to be copied, and the SQL statement used to identify the available target indicators. The Mass Update Request window also displays a Successful Updates tab, Failed Updates tab, or both, as appropriate for the request.

•	For an individual object, the update is displayed in the appropriate audit tab of the object’s History view.

The status of the update request can be one of:

•	New – The update request has not yet completed.

•	Completed normally – The update process finished without error. This does not mean, necessarily, that all of the classes were successfully updated. There might be failed updates on the request.

•	Stopped – The user clicked Cancel while the update was in progress.

To View Mass Update Requests for the Enterprise

1.	From the Site window, click on the tool bar. The Enterprise window appears.

2.	Select the Data Management view and then the Mass Update Requests tab.

3.	Select “Mass update requests executed from configurations” in the configurations list.

4.	Double-click a request to open the Mass Update Request window. For example:

Note: The Mass Update Request window does not list the target data elements that were not updated if the update process did not complete successfully.
