Changing the Status of an RFQ to Waiting for Bids

You can change the status of an RFQ from “In planning” to “Waiting for bids”. This feature is useful when you need to redraft an RFQ but do not wish to resend it to suppliers or to print copies of the RFQ. Any suppliers on the RFQ with the status “Not sent” have their statuses changed to “Sent”.

To Change the Status of an RFQ to “Waiting for Bids”

1.	On the site’s Purchasing view, select the RFQs tab, then the RFQs tab.

2.	Right-click the RFQ that you want to change in the list and click Mark As, and click Waiting for Bids.

3.	In the confirmation dialog, click Yes. All suppliers with a status of “Not sent” are updated to “Sent” and the RFQ’s status changes to “Waiting for bids”.
