Manually Triggering Work Orders from an Asset Reliability Program

You can manually create a new work order from a standard job that is linked to an asset.

Note: If the standard job has an open work order that was automatically triggered based on an indicator, it cannot be manually triggered.

To Create a Work Order Manually from an Asset

1.	Open the asset and select the Reliability Program view. Select the Jobs tab.

2.	Open the standard job from which you want to create a work order.

3.	Select the Work Management view, Work Orders tab. Click New. The Work order task window appears.

4.	Make any changes to the work order and its tasks. If necessary, send it for approval. If no approval is necessary, you can schedule the work now.

5.	When you are finished, close the Work order task window, the Standard Job window, and the Asset window.
