This section explains how to create trade resources, enter labor rates, create and manage employee and on-site contractor records, and work with maintenance groups.
You can enter employee records for use in APM. For each employee, you can select roles and responsibilities, identify the types of documents they can approve, enter work and contact information, and set their dashboard options.
Employees that are tradespeople can also belong to maintenance groups. You can view the work assigned and scheduled for each maintenance group.
