Setting up Task Types and Groups

When creating a request for work, you can add one or more tasks that identify the work steps to be performed. Task type groups provide filters for organizing task types.

To Create Task Type Groups

From the Site window, select the Work Management view and the Settings tab. Select the Work Management tab and the Interoperability work management settings node in the tree.
Tip: You can also select the Administration menu and then Work Management Settings. The Work Management Settings dialog appears.

Select the Task Types tab and the Groups tab. For example:

Click New. The Task Type Group Properties dialog appears:

Click OK. The group is added to the Groups tab.

To Create Task Types
