Setting Options for CMMS Tasks

By default, CMMS task options appears in the action plan so that the implementation team can add a reference to an external CMMS task, for information purposes. For example:
You can prevent these options from appearing in action plans or change the label of the option.
This topic explains how to set these options.

To Set Options for CMMS Tasks

1.
On the site’s Strategy Development view, select the Settings tab. Select the Failure Modes tab and the Failure mode settings node in the tree.
Tip: You can also select the site’s Administration menu, Strategy Development Settings, and then Failure Modes. The Failure Mode Management Settings dialog appears.

Select the Options tab.

Click Edit to modify the site settings. The Edit button is replaced by the Save button.
