Setting up Action Plan Task Statuses

You can define action plan task statuses for use with failure modes, primary action plans, and secondary actions plans. These statuses are in addition to the action plan statuses provided by APM: Facilitation Incomplete, Facilitation Completed, Implementation Completed, and Implementation Not Required. Facilitators and implementers can use the additional statuses to co-ordinate their efforts, for example, marking a failure mode for follow-up or review. The status can be set manually on the Maintenance Action Plan window, Details tab.
This topic explains how to view action plans and their statuses. It also explains how to set up the action plan task statuses required by your organization.
