Setting up Processes

A damage mechanism process is an aspect of the operating environment in which the damage mechanism is prone to occur. Examples are hydrogen, phosphoric acid, and carbon.

To Set up Processes

1.
On the site’s Strategy Development view, select the Settings tab. Select the Damage Mechanisms tab and the Damage mechanisms settings node in the tree.
Tip: You can also select the site’s Administration menu, Strategy Development Settings, and then Damage Mechanism Library. The Damage Mechanisms Management Settings dialog appears.

Select the Processes tab.

For each of the processes required by your organization, click New. The Damage Mechanism Process Properties dialog appears.

Click OK. The dialog closes and the process is added to the table.
