Holding a Warehouse Item from Replenishment

You can put a hold on a warehouse item so that it doesn’t get included in replenishment requisitions when the warehouse is replenished. You can set the hold to be automatically released at a certain date. You can also release a hold manually.

To Hold a Warehouse Item from Replenishment

1.	In the Site window, select the Resource Management view and then the Inventory tab.

2.	On the Warehouse tab, double-click the warehouse that owns the warehouse item. The Warehouse window appears.

3.	On the Stocked Items view, Stocked Items tab, right-click the warehouse item and select Replenishment and then Hold. The Hold From Replenishment dialog appears.

4.	Enter the Hold until date and Hold Reason.

5.	Ensure that the Performed by and Performed on settings are correct, and enter any Comments.

6.	Click OK. The hold is placed on the item.
