Activating AssetWise Enterprise Interoperability in APM

When APM has been configured to work with Bentley AssetWise Enterprise Interoperability to exchange data with your CMMS (for example, SAP Plant Maintenance), the CMMS is the master system where assets and work documents are maintained and data is synchronized between the two systems.
Bentley Technical Services is responsible for setting up the integration processes and mappings. This topic explains the steps required to activate AssetWise Enterprise Interoperability at the site level.
Note: The Work Management Integration module must be selected in Site Properties so that the site can use interoperability. For more information, see Enabling and Disabling Application Modules on Sites.
At the site level, you can select a site interoperability profile that determines what information is displayed in the site views. For more information, see Setting up Site Interoperability Profiles for AWEIS.
Note: When your integration includes two or more APM sites exchanging data with CMMS instances, be sure to activate interoperability on the parent APM site, as well as its child sites.

For each site that will support interoperability, click the Administration menu, Interoperability and Integration Settings, and then AssetWise Interoperability. The AssetWise Interoperability Settings dialog appears.
