Viewing Attachments on an Indicator Reading

You can view any of the attachments that have been added to an indicator reading.

To View Attachments

1.	Find the indicator reading for which you want to view attachments. Indicator readings can be listed in a checksheet, on the site (Inspection Management view), or on an asset (Inspection Management view).

Tip: If the reading has attachments, a paper clip icon appears next to the reading in a list of readings.

2.	Right-click the reading, click Attachments, and then View. The Attachments dialog appears.

3.	If the attachment is a note, select it to view the text of the note in the dialog.

4.	If the attachment is a file, folder, URL, or APM object, right-click the attachment that you want to view and click Open. The system opens the attachment.

5.	When you are finished viewing attachments, click Close.
