Viewing Indicators and Failure Modes

You can view information about the strategy development analyses where indicators are used – and where they are not used. You can view related information from the site, the asset, or the indicator.

To View the Implementation Audit for the Site’s Indicators

On the Site window, select the Inspection Management view and the Implementation Audit tab. There you can view indicators associated with multiple action plans, indicators not associated with an action plan, and much more. Each of the tabs provides table configurations that help you survey how indicators are currently used. For example:
The Implementation Audit tab is also available under the Utilities tab, where it complements the Collection Audit tab’s information.

To View an Asset’s Indicators and Failure Modes

1.
From the site, select the Assets view and open the asset.
2.
In the Asset window, select the Strategy Development view and the Indicators and Failure Modes tab.
3.
Select the asset in the tree. The asset’s indicators are shown in the table on the right.
4.
Select an indicator in the table. The failure modes associated with the indicator are shown in the bottom table. For example:

Open the indicator and select the Usage view and the Failure Modes tab. For example:
