Printing a Checksheet Form or Inspection Summary Report

A paper checksheet form can be a useful aid to collecting a set of indicator readings. The checksheet form contains the list of indicators to be read, space to record the readings and notes, and information about the origin of the list of indicators. If there are measurement points on the indicator, they are also included on the checksheet. Note that the checksheet includes areas to record a maximum of four variable measurement points. If you require more than four, the checksheet form report must be customized.
You can also print the Inspection Summary report. It includes the inspection summary, analysis, and recommendations, as well as a list of indicators and their readings. The report contains alarm notifications, follow-up work requests and work orders, and failure mode review requests.
