How to Use the Topics in this Section

Begin by entering the initial APM users in the database (see Launching APM, Selecting a Time Zone, and Creating Users). You can then complete the tasks listed in the section Setting up the Enterprise and Sites. Once you have set up your enterprise and sites, enter the administration settings and value lists in the following order:

•	Foundation Settings

•	Maintenance Settings

•	Approvals Settings

•	Resource Settings

•	Procurement Settings

Within each section, the first topic lists the recommended order of entering settings and value lists, and which settings or value lists are mandatory.
