Setting up Currency Combinations and Exchange Rates

Currency exchange rates are set up and maintained at the enterprise level and apply to all sites in APM. To set up exchange rates, you must define currency combinations, for example, U.S. dollars to European euros, and the rate of exchange for each combination. When a new exchange rate is entered, it is automatically assigned the current date as its effective date and it becomes the current rate of exchange for that currency combination.
This topic explains how to set up currency combinations and rates.
For information about adding currencies to APM, see Adding Currencies.
You cannot add a currency combination that already exists. For information about editing the current rate, see Editing Current Exchange Rates.
Once you have set up a currency combination, you can add a new rate for it as often as once per day. For information, see Adding Currency Exchange Rates.

2.
Select the Currencies tab, then the Exchange Rates tab. This tab shows a list of all current exchange rates.
