Viewing Failure Status

A failure can have one of the following statuses:
Open: APM continues to track failure statistics and the PF interval (if appropriate) for the failure.
Resolved: Statistics and the PF interval (if appropriate) are no longer calculated.
Canceled: Statistics and the PF interval (if appropriate) are no longer calculated.

To View Failure Status

There are two ways to view failure status:
To view open failures for the site, select the Performance Management view, Failures and Downtime tab, and Failures tab. This tab lists the open failures, along with their statuses and other information.
Tip: Select from the list of table configurations to view different summaries of the information, for example, avoidance savings by month or failure counts by asset.
To view one failure’s status information, open the failure and select the Properties view, General tab. This tab displays the failure’s status, as well as the date on which the failure occurred. Select the Details tab to see when the failure was reported and resolved.
Tip: The Failure or Anomaly window’s banner displays the site, RCA evaluation status, and failure status.
